Context
New Condal is a digital marketing agency in Barcelona. Each month, data from several clients’ Google Business Profile accounts had to be pulled together by hand to build reports.
The problem
The reporting worked, but it depended on someone manually gathering Google Business Profile data across multiple accounts every month — slow, repetitive, and easy to get wrong.
What we did
- Built a custom Apps Script connector that extracts Google Business Profile data (reviews, ratings, visibility) across multiple accounts.
- Fed that data into Looker Studio dashboards that turn raw numbers into insights clients can read directly.
Result
The manual monthly report disappeared. Data flows automatically from multiple accounts into clean dashboards, so the agency can spend its time helping clients grow instead of assembling spreadsheets.
